The book I discovered from Goodreads back in 2014 when I started reading. This is the first book I have ever read of Morgan Rhodes. This is a high fantasy genre with an amazing plot, political intrigue, epic magical powers, and awesome characters. the story revolves around 4 main characters... I have forgotten some stuff here. But I will do my best to give an honest review.  A little summary and viewpoint : This is a high fantasy genre with an amazing plot, political intrigue, epic magical powers, and awesome characters. the story revolves around 4 main characters two girls and two guys. The book was very fast-paced I was totally absorbed into the world and bam the book has finished. The royal characters are typical royal characters in the story. I started reading this book because of the audiobook of the third in the Myths of Airren series written by Jenny Hickman . I got the audiobook from Netgalley and wanted to read the first book first. This book was really amazing.  GENRE Romantasy, Fantasy THEME AND TONE The tone is quite beautiful. The start of the book was gripping. I started reading it and couldn't put it down.
